Making A Purchase
INTERNET: Order and Pay entirely online using our SECURE SERVER (the fastest method) provided by Protx. Shop around our store and place the items you wish to buy into your shopping cart. When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiry date, plus all the necessary information. You will receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address.
ORDER BY FAX: You may wish to order via fax, please email us on info@bedzuk.co.uk requesting an order form which we will fax to you. Fill in the necessary details and fax it to us on 01484 536616.
ORDER BY CHEQUE: You can also pay by cheque, please allow up to 5 days for the cheque to be cleared before goods can be despatched. Please make cheques payable to Bedz UK Limited

Shipping And Handling
All orders shipped in the UK will be sent via TNT Or Night Freight within 7-10 business days depending on your geographic location. Every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the time scale provided, however Bedz UK Limited will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Nevertheless if the goods are not delivered within the time scale provided please feel free to contact us by telephone or e-mail. We will do our utmost to ensure that goods are received as soon as possible. You may wish to cancel your order and any monies paid will be refunded. Orders will not be shipped on Bank Holidays and National Holidays. Be sure to check all goods before you sign and receive them from courier companies. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are delivered by TNT Or Night Freight. The cost of delivery is £15. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 8.00pm. All orders require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is there to collect and sign for the delivery.

Unwanted Goods: If the goods are returned in its original condition within 3 days of the date the goods are received, monies will be refunded for the product which you have paid for (excl. P & P). Faulty Goods: If you wish to return an item, which is faulty, which you did not order, or we are at fault, please contact us to inform us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. In order for us to deal with your queries effectively, we do recommend that you email us, however the decision is entirely yours. (p&p will be refunded in full). In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
